I like to think of what I do as modern carpentry

& finishing touchesI create experiences for the web. I make sites and apps that are playful, but clear, and I love doing it.
In the past 15 years I've created countless sites, helped build a startup and its rich flagship app from scratch, consulted for companies like Warner Bros., built a social network, and made sites for non-profits with small (or no) budgets. Most recently, the site I built for a first-time novelist, sophiehardach.com, is up for "Best Site of the Year."
As a unique combination of designer, developer and communicator, I truly enjoy taking a idea from sketches to functional product. I'm ready. Let's do this.
